802 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the official terms and conditions governing use of the 802 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any services offered by 802.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 802 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 802 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. 802 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 802 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your profile details remain valid at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times.
- Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without your authorisation.
- Notify 802 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.
802 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
All 802 users are required to comply with the platform's established usage rules. Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, or conduct that compromises the safety of other users is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 802.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform.
- Uploading or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Impersonating another user or any representative of 802.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing any unlawful activities.
- Sharing or reselling your account credentials to any third party.
802 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, if any of the above prohibitions are violated.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy in MYR
All deposits and withdrawals on the 802 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Use of a third party's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
A few important points regarding payments:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal processing times, may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- 802 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, in compliance with security procedures.
- Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or abuse bonuses in bad faith will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
- All bonuses and promotions are subject to the rollover requirements and validity periods specified separately in the relevant promotion terms.
- 802 is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
802 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond the platform's control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 802 makes no warranty that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions, or that results obtained through use of the platform will be fully accurate or reliable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 802 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 802 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 802.
Third-Party Links
The 802 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, provided for your convenience only. 802 does not endorse, approve, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
Changes to Terms, Account Policy & Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
802 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
802 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at 802's sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 802 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussions between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
